SHIPPING- FULL-PRICE USA ORDERS

Orders placed and shipped via UPS will require a signature for delivery. Please allow up to three business days for processing before your order ships. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Customer Care at (213) 623-4100 additional shipping fees will apply. 

Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.

Once an order is placed online, we are not able to combine multiple orders or make changes to the details of an order.

Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Payment of customs and/or duties will be necessary to release your order from before delivery. Customs fees are non-refundable. Please be advised that customs and duties are charged by your country based upon the original retail value of the items ordered, the country of origin, and the materials used to make the item. These rates are calculated by your country, and unfortunately Donna Mizani does not have any control over the amount you will be charged.

Please do not reject the delivery of your order. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges to and from your country. Please understand that UPS does charge shipping fees and custom fees in the event that you refuse your delivery, and Donna Mizani does not cover these fees. The rejected package will be returned to Donna Mizani and the cost of 2-way international shipping plus customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.

RETURNS

We do not issue any refunds. We issue one exchange per order or store credit ONLY.

All sale, discounted, and exchanged merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on sale orders or any other purchases made with a discount, or any purchases made with discount from previously returned item.

In order to receive an exchange or store credit the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition it was shipped.

  1. Submit all return requests to MELISSA@DONNAMIZANI.COM. Please include a copy of your order and reason for return. You will receive a reply within 3-4 business days.

  2. Drop off your package at your local authorized UPS/Federal Express location. Make sure you receive a receipt for the package you drop off at your local carrier service.

  3. After return has been processed we will issue you a store credit code.

By law, all items shipped to addresses in New York and California will be charged sales tax.
